Lisa lives by the ethos of ‘There is no time like the present’, she loves to make people happy and working at Club Med perfectly aligns with her values and passions. Lisa is high energy and looks forward to helping you make exploring the world an even more amazing experience.

Returning to the Club Med team in 2021 after 15 years working externally with other international hotel brands including the Radisson Hotel Group and The Hotel Connection, Lisa has extensive experience working with travel agency and MICE networks, especially in the luxury space, perfectly aligning with Club Med’s overarching upscale strategy.

Lisa brings a wide-ranging knowledge of the Club Med business, previously working across many departments of the global company, including finance, reservations, meetings and events, and operations. Lisa even worked as part of the resort animation team (‘GO – Gentle Organiser’) for nine years across multiple worldwide Club Med resorts.

With the unique combination of an incredible suite of industry experience, and a deep understanding of Club Med, Lisa is the empassioned to take the business in Australia and New Zealand to the next level.

Hi everyone, I have over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, I have worked many years as a corporate Travel consultant in New Zealand and in London with a boutique retail travel agency for few years. I have been working with Cruise World New Zealand Traveller as one of our BDM for the past 8 years. I have a real passion for travel and how travelling gives us the opportunity to step outside of our routines, connect with people, nature and different communities. I have been in the travel industry for over 21 years, first in retail, then with Globus and Cosmos, and with Cruise World for the last 12 years. My formal training and early career was in horticulture, but it was my OE that cemented a passion for travel which became my chosen career. When travelling, I am most fascinated by the cuisine, culture, flora and fauna, people, and of course the landscape that all those things sit in. Travel to me is one of the richest and rewarding investments you can make, if the world is your oyster, I’ll have a couple of dozen thanks!
